We are supporting our client in their search for a Territory Manager to join their team and sell an exciting portfolio of medical devices across the Midlands. Our client is a leading designer and manufacturer within the respiratory, airway and surgical markets. With over 50 years of experience, their extensive product portfolio offering is being sold in 120 countries across the globe. Driven by a strong senseof purpose their treatment is now being used to help over 14 million patients globally each year.

**The role**

As a Territory Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of the assigned territory including budgets, call cycle plans, and gross profit objectives. You will identify, evaluate, and develop new market and product opportunities andensure the professional image of our client is projected.
- Responsibilities include:_
- Providing in-service training to customers
- Resolving customer enquiries and complaints
- Developing sound, long-term relationships with key customers
- Attending exhibitions and other company events
- Educating customers on new products including current and upcoming events
- Reporting on all activities within the region
- Ensuring market, product and competitor information is regularly recorded in the CRM system

**The requirements**
- You’ll have at least 6 months of sales experience dealing with customers in a face-to-face capacity, as well as _
- Post-secondary education or transferable experience
- Knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Self-motivated, passionate, and enthusiastic
- Strong planning and organisation skills
- Clear and concise communication skills (written and verbal)
- Competent with Microsoft Office
- Experience with CRM software
- Full UK driving licence
