We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Protective Industrial Products. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and maintaining customer relationships, and expanding our market presence within the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Stay updated with industry knowledge, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree with 1-3 years of translatable experience.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in a similar role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
