We’re seeking a future team member in the role of Apprentice Business Analyst to join our Pershing team. This role is located in Manchester, 3 Hardman Street.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

- Using documented processes, collects and defines requirements, translates into functional design documents and develops project scope, objectives, constraints and assumptions for a given project.
- Participates in development of the technical design, test plans, and user documentation.
- Gathers and analyses information and provides recommendations to address and resolve business issues for a specific business group.
- Applies experiences with existing software and/or systems development processes to develop better processes to be used in the future. Actively influences software development process improvement initiatives.
- Provides advice to internal business groups and business analysts on process improvement projects by analysing business process flows and identifying changes.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
Intermediate years of experience in a systems environment required

Experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
