What you will do:

- As an apprentice Planner, you'll be trained to optimize labour resources by planning and tracking installations, supporting the installation team.
- Your responsibilities include engaging with various parts of the organization and interacting with both internal and external customers.
- We offer a full-time, permanent advanced Level 3 Business Administrator apprenticeship for those interested in joining our planning team.
- You'll manage the schedules of our engineers to meet customer requests and expectations, considering both available resources and customer needs.
- This apprenticeship will provide a foundation of multiple IT packages and systems relevant to the organization.
- You'll also be involved in equipment purchasing to effectively meet customer requirements.
- By the end of this apprenticeship, you'll be able to coordinate the end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- The apprenticeship lasts approximately 2 years. During this period, you'll attend remote training courses during work hours and receive ongoing support from our existing planning team and our dedicated apprentice training team.

Training and Qualifications:

- You will be enrolled on a level 3 Level 3 Business Administrator qualification delivered by our training partners MBKB.
- You will attend college remotely an d also receive on-the-job guidance from experienced mentors and planners

Career Progression:

- Upon completion, a number of internal opportunities within the company will be available to you. All of our apprentices immediately move into full time permanent positions.

Qualifications Required:

- GCSE or equivalent in English (Grade 5)
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths (Grade 5)
- Full Driving Licence is desirable.

Desired Skills and Personal Qualities:

- IT & communication skills.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
- Excellent work ethic and willingness to improve.
