- As a Customer Collaboration Planner, you will play a pivotal role working directly with commercial customers and supply chain teams. You will facilitate the connection between FBC UK sales and supply chain plans with the customer and work as a key member of the overarching supply chain pulling together all functions.- Other duties include but are not limited to:
- Order management and fulfilment visibility
- Planning, including weekly forecast management
- Customer collaboration
- Seasonal management and tracking, order synchronization
- Customer routing & ordering profiles
- Managing stock availability issues
- Continuous improvement

**Who we are looking for**
- Strong communication skills - relationship management both internally and externally to build trust optimize performance
- Minimum 18 months experience of FMCG and Supply Chain with an understanding of supply chain, customer service and sales
- Strong influencing skills demonstrated through peer to peer and senior stakeholder engagement/relationship management
- PC literacy - Excel - Strong Analytical Skills with proven results of performance
- Drive for results - focused on KPI's and improvement
