**About the Role**

Our Customer Collaboration Planners play a pivotal role working directly with FBC UK major commercial customers supply chain teams, connecting FBC UK sales and supply chain plans within the customer, work as a key member of the overarching supply chain pulling together all functions and conjugate across commercial and customer teams in order to deliver our ambition of world class customer service.

**Main Responsibilities**
- Alignment and Communication to enable effective order management
- Weekly Forecast & Roll Management
- Ownership of 0-12wk Supply Chain Forecast horizon
- Collaborative Forecast Management
- Effective use of customer insights and historical data
- Customer Relationship & Supply Management
- Process Improvement / Continuous Improvement
- Performance Management / KPI's
- Stakeholder Management
- Personal Development

**Who we are looking for**
- Strong communication skills - relationship management both internally and externally to build trust optimize performance
- Minimum 18 months experience of FMCG and Supply Chain with an understanding of supply chain, customer service and sales.
- Strong influencing skills demonstrated through peer to peer and senior stakeholder engagement/relationship management
- PC literacy - Excel - Strong Analytical Skills with proven results of performance
- Drive for results - focused on KPI's and improvement
