**Title** - Media Liaison & Site Planner
- **Reporting to**: Head of Media
- **Summary**:You will be responsible in supporting the media team ensuring they have everything required for new projects
- **Key duties & responsibilities**:
- Maintaining our current media contract database for customer service, checking in the latest deliveries etc
- Setting up existing client projects and arranging for new details to be required
- Liaising with our site clients
- Creating new meetings for the new site projects as & when booked
- Running reports form our CRM to insure all aspects of our client database it kept up to date
- General support for the media team in terms of creating new data and other anomalies
**The Person will need**:
- Strong planning, organisation and time management skill
- Experience in an outbound calling role
- Ability to identify and seize new business opportunities
- To be highly motivated and driven
- Good written communication skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure towards targets
- Microsoft programs such as Excel/Outlook
- CRM training is an advantage
**Desirables**:
- Proven experience as a Media Assistant or in a similar role
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to communicate with all departments and clients
- Works well in a team
Working hours can be variable in between the hours of : 9am to 10pm due to international business hours.
Pay: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
