Ecosystem Growth

Responsibilities:
- Program Management: design and implement comprehensive programs for developers, including educational initiatives, support systems and incentive schemes. Ensure ecosystem programs effectively attract, educate, retain and nurture developers.
- Developer Pipeline Optimization: help optimize the developer journey within our ecosystem, from initial engagement all the way through to evolution into fully-fledged businesses.
- Relationship Management: nurture relationships with startup accelerators, incubators, VCs and innovation hubs to identify and attract high-potential developers and startups to our ecosystem as well as provide opportunities and resources to existing ecosystem developers.
- XFN Work: collaborate with internal teams, including Product, DevRel, Marketing and BD, to align ecosystem growth efforts with overall company goals and objectives. Provide technical insights and feedback to inform product roadmaps and enhance developer-focused features.
- Industry Analysis: stay on top of the latest trends, developments and competitive landscape within the broader ecosystem. Conduct market research, analyze developer needs and pain points, and identify opportunities to optimize growth strategies and improve the developer experience.
- Serve as an ambassador for the Foundation and evangelist for Starknet in both online communities and at industry events, conferences and meetings.
**Requirements**:
- Experience in ecosystem growth, developer relations or partnerships within the blockchain or technology industry.
- Expert program & project management skills with experience seeing programs through from inception to execution & maintenance.
- Deep understanding of Ethereum, Layer 2 scaling technologies, tokenomics, and the broader blockchain ecosystem.
- Technical proficiency and the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to developers effectively.
- Excellent communication, executive presence, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external community members.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, decentralized work environment.
- Willingness to travel (events, conferences) and work across timezones.
