The Role

What will you be doing?
- Lead the development of KPIs and measures, data source identification, workflow development, qualitative and quantitative metric analysis.
- Plan and organise all activities in the reporting process to ensure a fluent and reliable delivery of KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and reports in operation in both internal and external customer-facing contexts.
- Design standard report patterns (e.g., for dashboards, scorecards, reports) and report generation procedures to achieve reporting objectives.
- Develop and implement robust governance frameworks and be responsible for the ongoing running and management of governance: Design, document, and implement effective governance structures that ensure streamlined operational change processes for existing products, including maintenance and patching.
- Create clear and comprehensive documentation for governance processes, changes, and compliance activities. Provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders on the status of governance initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the change delivery team by proactively seeking opportunities to optimize governance processes, increase efficiency, and enhance overall performance.
- Communicate governance policies and procedures clearly to internal and external stakeholders. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that team members and partners understand and adhere to governance standards.

What are we looking for?
- APM Project Management or similar Project Delivery qualification (i.e., MSP, PRINCE2)
- Previous Reporting and Data Management experience.
- Previous PMO experience at a PMO Manager or senior PMO Analyst level.
- Experience of leading process change and implementing performance improvement initiatives.
- Experience of managing complex relationships with multiple stakeholders.
