As a Policy Governance Expert Lead at our company, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that all projects and changes within our business are well-governed and deliver exceptional value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Timelines: Develop and manage project timelines to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives.
  • Resource levels: Allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Risk and issue logs: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to prevent potential issues.
  • Reports: Generate regular reports to stakeholders, highlighting project progress and key metrics.
  • Document Review cycles: Ensure compliance with governance policies and procedures.
  • Assumptions and dependencies: Analyze and document project assumptions and dependencies.
  • Stage gate reviews: Conduct thorough reviews to ensure projects meet governance requirements.

You will work closely with our team to:

  • Manage resource allocation and utilization.
  • Analyze quarterly forecasting and resource allocation.
  • Track vacancies and contracts.
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, and inductions.
  • Allocate OCAT to programs.

Our ideal candidate has 2+ years' experience in a programme or project-related field and possesses exceptional organisational skills.

They should be able to influence and drive improvements to project quality, ensuring alignment with our standards and methodology.

Competent in using Microsoft suite of tools, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel, Teams, and working knowledge of MS Project.

Experience of using a PPM toolset to manage plans, resources, risks, and issues is also desirable.

We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits, including personal development opportunities, pension plans, flexible holidays, cycle to work scheme, and more.
