Overview of the Role

We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Governance Expert to join our Data & AI Strategy team at Capgemini Invent. As a key member of our AI Governance & Trust capability, you will play a crucial role in helping our clients improve their use of AI and become truly intelligent enterprises.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a strong background in data science, artificial intelligence, regulation, and compliance. They will lead our trusted AI initiatives, leveraging their extensive experience to drive the development and implementation of AI frameworks that put safety, transparency, fairness, robustness, and ethics at the heart of decision making.

Responsibilities
  • Developing frameworks and business processes for governing AI safely, fairly, and ethically.
  • Establishing governance requirements throughout the AI development lifecycle from concept to live.
  • Developing technical assurance methods to ensure AI solutions comply with industry and government regulations, as well as clients' own ethics policies.
  • Engaging with stakeholders, including government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry groups.
  • Representing the company in discussions on AI ethics and ensuring our commitment to responsible AI is communicated effectively.
  • Guiding and contributing to the development of assets and propositions relating to AI regulation and governance.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in AI regulation and governance.

As part of our team, you will be based in London, Manchester, or Glasgow, but may require flexible assignment locations, potentially involving periods of time away from home at short notice.
