This is a full time permanent position working for a leading UK banking organisation, offering flexability in remote and office based working. You will be performing a wide range of administrative support to assist in an outstanding delivery of services.

You will ideally be South Based and within proximity of the clients office.

**How you will make a difference as a Contract Administrator at Securitas**:

- Provide a central point of contact overwatching all aspects of contract adminstration, whilst supporting the contract team in performance management and reporting compliance.
- Maintain tactical strategic meeting minutes, meeting schedules and arrangements.
- Assist and produce task and activity trackers in respect to: risk assessments, innovation projects, cost saving incentives and internal communications activity.
- Effectivley communicate with all grades of employee and client management alike.

**Essential Skills**:

- **Right to work in the UK and a 5 year checkable history.**:

- Full Driving Licence
- Competent IT user with all key MS products.
- 2/3 years Previous experience working within a dynamic and demanding working environment.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to work with confidential information.
- Able to work efficiently and demonstrate accurate data entry skills.
- Capable of prioritising, multi-tasking and adapting to changing demands.

**Desirable Skills**:

- An understanding and competency in the use MS Power BI.
- Knowledge of the Security Sector or similar Services Provision.
