**Experience**:

- A proven track record in residential/commercial property sales
- Experience managing the full property sales life cycle
- Minimum of 1years experience in property sales
- Have a strong understanding of the UK market, particularly the property investment
- Market
- Experience Conducting market appraisals/valuation and following up with potential clients
- Making outgoing sales calls
- Hitting and exceeding set sales targets
- Experienced with telesales, Business Development, Telemarketing, Business to Business, Cold Calling.
- As a key member of the property’s sales team, you will play an active role in the

development of the company’s business plan, focussing on building long term,
- Profitable client relationships to enable revenue growth and retention.
- Acting as the Sales Ambassador, you will develop a thriving sales culture in the business and in the promotion of any properties for sale by way of your own flair and passion, while encouraging the team to do the same.
- To be responsible to the office to maintain up to date records
