Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience in property sales negotiations and possess strong IT and communication skills. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for conducting property viewings, negotiating rental agreements, and providing accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties.

Main Responsibilities
  • Conduct property viewings with potential tenants to showcase our extensive portfolio of new build properties in Liverpool.
  • Negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients to ensure smooth transactions and maximize revenue.
  • Liaise with tenants to ensure a seamless experience and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends to provide valuable insights to clients.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and understand the local lettings market.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a lettings/property negotiation role.
  • Driving license and own vehicle.
  • Strong IT and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and planning skills.
  • Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company's reputation.
