Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Negotiator to join our team at Everpool. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting the Lettings Director in ensuring that all properties are let in a timely manner across a range of new build properties.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings with potential tenants to showcase the properties and negotiate rental agreements on behalf of clients.
  • Liaise with tenants to ensure smooth transactions and provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding available properties.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and understand the local lettings market.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and possess strong IT and communication skills.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a lettings/property negotiation role.
  • Driving license and own vehicle.
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation, and planning skills.
  • Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company's reputation.
