As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that all properties are let in a timely manner across a range of new build properties in the area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct Property Viewings: Meet with potential tenants to showcase our properties and provide them with a comprehensive understanding of the features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiate Rental Agreements: Work closely with clients to negotiate rental agreements that meet their needs and ensure a smooth transaction process.
  • Liaise with Tenants: Provide excellent customer service to tenants, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our company.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Market Trends: Maintain a thorough understanding of the local property market trends and stay up-to-date with changes in the market.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 Year's Experience: In a lettings or property negotiation role, with a proven track record of success.
  • Driving Licence and Own Vehicle: A full driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
  • Strong IT and Communication Skills: Excellent IT skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent Organisational and Planning Skills: The ability to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
