Customer Service Coordinator

An exciting opportunity, working for a well-known corporate global brand as a Customer Service Coordinator. Initially a 3-6 month contract, with the opportunity to extend and/or go perm
**This is the perfect role for a graduate or a returner to work who** **has solid customer service experience.**
This role requires the flexibility to work a shift pattern of 8:00-16:00, 9:00-17:00, and 10:00-18:00 and one Saturday, every 4-6 weeks, with a day off during the week.
**Qualifications, skills and experience required/desirable**:
- Previous experience working in a customer service environment.
- Great communicator with the ability to build relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
- Able to multi-task and work with speed and efficiency.
- Capable of working under pressure.
