**Job Title: Mortgage Advisor**

**Location: Chatham**

**Salary: £50,000 OTE**

**Responsibilities**:

- Keep up-to-date with mortgage deals, products, technical or legislative changes within the marketplace.
- Identify and contact leads.
- Gather sufficient information and identify client needs.
- Analyse information gathered and undertake research to make suitable mortgage recommendations.
- Complete all supporting documentation in an accurate manner.
- Attain and maintain competent status as defined by the FCA and our firm.
- Maintain performance standards in accordance with those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) section of the Training and Competence Procedures document.

**The Required Skills & Knowledge**:

- A minimum of three years previous experience working as a Mortgage Advisor.
- CeMAP 1, 2 and 3.
- Proven experience of building strong client relationships over the phone, via videocall and in person.
- Experience in using the Intelligent Office (IO) CRM system is desirable, but not essential.
- Great IT skills and willingness to embrace technology.
- The willingness to learn new skills and be openminded to change.
- The ability to manage own workload and work to deadlines.
- The most important attribute is the ability to put your clients at the centre of everything you do.
