The Global Internal Communications team drives and delivers internal communications at a group level for Haleon, with a key focus on building colleague engagement with Haleon’s strategic priorities, leadership and company culture.

**_ In this role you will... _**
- Support Internal Communications on all aspects of the Internal Communications agenda, including execution of plans and development of content.
- Support in the development and delivery of colleague engagement campaigns to build to build pride and belief in Haleon and our company culture.
- Strong understanding of the role that effective storytelling has on communications.
- Lead point-of-contact on Internal Communications channels, working closely with Internal Communications team and Digital Content, Channels & Editorial team.
- Responsible for tracking relevant data and insights relevant to Internal Communications team and liaising with broader team on learnings.
- Ability to develop content and navigate relevant approvals, managing creative agencies where necessary.
- Note: Although role involves an element of logístical support, it is not responsible for Team Administration..

Qualifications & Skills:

- Experience working in a Healthcare/CPG/global matrixed organization. - Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-moving environment with fluctuating and changing demands.
- Experience working in Communication or Corporate Affairs team.
- Good listening, oral and written communication skills, proficiency in.
- A positive, can-do attitude and a real team player.
- The ability to work across multiple markets/areas and demonstrate good agility.
