You could be part of our next chapter as a Regional EHSQ Manager based in London with responsibility for
- The scheduling of inspections, uploading of reports, updating, and closing out of items via the customers common data portal (Invidia).
- Maintain records within customer data portal, and CRM.
- Monitor and report on customer portals and contractual KPI’s
- Support local team with administration of the contract.

The key objective is to work in partnership with the Service Delivery Manager, ensuring that the business deliver and achieve a service level agreement with one of our biggest clients. You will ensure customer feedback and complaints are dealt with quickly and effectively. Action all disputed debt actions needed to ensure Otis receives payment. This includes detailing paperwork corrections, liaising with customer representatives, agreeing required solutions to remove point of dispute and liaising with Contracts Admin.

To be successful you will:

- Have a solid understanding of the Lift industry.
- Proven experience working with demanding clients, able to achieve a KPI’s focused around a high service level agreement.
- Great communication skills, both verbally and written.
- Have a collaborative mindset, able to work in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to provide solutions to demanding customer issues.
