Acting as the local point for responses to requests for information and assisting with the maintenance of the stakeholder log.

Analytical and judgement Assess and evaluate complex information. Monitor the delivery of work streams. Present information clearly, curiously, and objectively. Assist and maintain risk and issues log, escalating as appropriate.

Planning and organisation Coordinating activities across partner organisations to support recruitment into health and care jobs and careers. Attending and/or facilitating meetings (where agreed) and present on progress. Manage programme schedule. Manage the end-to-end procedures relating to the operations of the Hub.

To support the development and implementation of new/existing initiatives. Service Development Responsible for the development of operational processes and improvements. Propose changes to projects and initiatives. Influencing partners to implement changes to policies and practice to maximise the impact of Proud to Care hub activities.

Contribute to the review and development of existing information management systems To promote learning, sharing and evaluation of support delivered to appropriate stakeholder. Finance and Physical Resources Assist with the monitoring of spend. Contribute to the financial delivery of the service ensuring it is cost effective and delivered on time. Ensure all expenditure commitments, all payments and budgets are properly authorised, controlled and monitored in accordance with relevant project/programme and departmental procedures.

Human Resources Responsible for managing and prioritising own workload. Supervision of the Proud to Care Admin Support Officer. Mentorship of more junior members of staff. Responsibility for Patient/Client Care Regular contact with clients/service users and employers to understand need and improve outcomes of services.

There will be circumstances where the post-holder will offer advice or signpost clients to the most appropriate pathway for employment support.
