**About the role**:
As a Product Manager for People Products, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and delivery of our products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, internal and external stakeholders, and leverage your industry expertise to drive the achievement of our business's strategic goals. This role is hybrid, offering the flexibility of working 2 days a week at our Hatfield office and 2 days remotely.

**You will be**:

- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and champion the vision and strategy for People Products, collaborating with various stakeholders to identify and solve key challenges.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the voice of People Products both internally and externally, regularly communicating with stakeholders on roadmap planning, strategy, and outcomes.
- Relationship Building: Foster high-trust relationships with all stakeholders to ensure successful product delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Product Delivery: Manage end-to-end launch of new capabilities for People Products, working closely with project, change, and delivery teams to ensure execution excellence.
- Business Case Ownership: Own the business case and ROI of People Products, ensuring stakeholders are informed and engaged in collaboration with the People Change Partner.
- Roadmap Development: Build a holistic view of all People Products, define success metrics, and create a credible roadmap that prioritises valuable opportunities while managing dependencies and risks.
- Discovery and User-Centricity: Lead discovery efforts, collaborating with users and stakeholders to understand their needs, desired outcomes, and pain points. Focus on "why" before "what" or "how."
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Use analytical tools and techniques to generate insights from data produced by your Products and validate new ideas through experimentation and testing.
- Product Mindset: Promote a product mindset across Ocado Logistics, demonstrating curiosity, problem-solving, communication skills, and empathy.

**About you**:

- Relevant industry experience
- Proven track record in product management
- Knowledge of working with various functional areas, including Project Management, Change Management, Engineering, UX/UI
- Strong ability to plan, manage, track, and deliver on commitments
- Effective decision-making based on value
- Excellent team collaboration and autonomy
- Capability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in defining product roadmaps and communicating requirements for product realisation
