We are seeking a confident, efficient and enthusiastic Accounts Administrator to join our Newark based client on a part time, permanent basis.
**THE ROLE**
Your responsibilities as an Accounts Administrator will include:
- Manage Sales and Purchase Ledger, creating invoices and statements for suppliers and customers - Work proactively to chase outstanding invoices, putting accounts on stop when required - Process expense claims for Managing Director - Be the main point of contact for accounts queries, building relations with clients - Work closely with the Accountant to support VAT returns and annual accounts
**THE CANDIDATE**
The ideal Accounts Administrator will be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience:
- Demonstrate previous experience within Accounts/Credit Control
- Previous experience using Xero would be desirable
- A confident communicator
- Great organisational skills and self-motivated
