Resolve Bioenergy is a Midlands based engineering company working with anaerobic digestion and biogas plants. We are a small but highly skilled team of engineers and consultants, who specialise in operations services and process improvement for 50kW to 2MW CHP and biomethane anaerobic digestion (AD) plants.

**Job Description & Key Responsibilities**

As Account Assistant you will support the everyday accounting operations and administration of the company. Day to day responsibilities include:

- Purchase & sales ledger management, including arranging payments
- Assigning purchases to clients and projects for billing
- Updating SAGE and bank reconciliations
- Processing employee expense claims
- Preparing overtime reports for monthly payroll
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
- General administrative duties for the Operations team
- Other duties as required.

**Person Specifications**
- You will be organised and committed to excellent record keeping
- You must have the ability to complete all inhouse bookkeeping tasks
- Strong administrative experience
- Due to the remote nature of the role you must have ability to manage your own time
- Experience working with Sage and MS SharePoint
- AAT or equivalent qualification is desirable

Although we are looking for someone with an accounts background, this role will also include taking on general administrative duties for the wider business.

**Package**
- £12.00 - £14.00/hour
- BUPA private healthcare

Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£14.00 per hour
