**Accounts Administrator**
Njord Offshore Ltd. manages Crew Transfer Vessels for the Offshore Windfarm Sector. Our head office is based in Tendring, UK and our operations extend throughout Northern Europe.
We are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Administrator to join a busy, close knit office in Tendring, Essex. This is a fast-paced role where attention to detail and teamwork are essential.
**The mains responsibilities will include**
- Processing of supplier invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements & dealing with discrepancies
- Dealing with Supplier queries
- Processing and reconciling corporate credit cards
- Creating sales invoices
- Update the chartering database
- Adhoc tasks as and when required
- GCSE Maths & English grade C or above
- Strong IT skills, Excel, Outlook & Word
- High attention to detail and accuracy with excellent keyboard skills
- Excellent verbal, written, numeracy and customer service skills
- The ability to cope under pressure in a busy environment
- Own transport required due to remote location of the office and no public transport
This role is Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week. Salary will be dependent on qualifications and experience.
**Salary**: From £19,000.00 per year
