Job Description for the Accounts Payable Administrator role:
As the Accounts Payable Administrator, you'll be working in a friendly accounts team and will be responsible for the following:

- Allocating payments
- Matching invoices
- Accounts reconciliation
- Resolving any queries/disputes regarding invoices
- Assisting with the clearing down of old accounts
- Experience in an administrative role, ideally with some exposure to purchase invoices
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Great communications skills
- Self-discipline
- Strong team player
- Good awareness of deadlines
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm

**Salary**: £21,000 - £22,000 per annum
