Apprentice Office Administrator

We are currently seeking a self-motivated and organised individual to join our UK team as a Business Administration Apprentice. In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and perform various administration tasks to support the team and gain valuable experience in the field of business administration.
**What will you be doing?**
- Providing office support so that staff can work smoothly with customers and each other
- Maintaining organised files and records of business activity
- Analysing data and market trends
- Conducting research and contributing to company reports
- Giving feedback on office efficiency and suggesting possible improvements
- CRM record management
- Inputting into Expenses into company software
- Answering calls
- Use of the website and processing orders
- Liaising with customers
- Assisting management when required
