**Title**: Sales and Business Relationship Specialist (UK based - EMEA)

**Sector**: Software tools supporting Sub-Contract Sheet Metal Fabrication/Laser profiling companies

**Key Responsibilities**
- Use GAP methodologies to analyse customers' needs and recommend the best solutions for their needs.
- Conduct discovery presentations, product demos and proposals to clients.
- Manage the sales pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Provide regular progress reports to senior management and contribute to the development of new sales strategies.
- Your primary area of responsibility will be the UK however there will be a role in the EMEA region as needs require.
- Provide first level technical support to customers, including troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Provide assistance to new customers with the implementation of our services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and development team to ensure successful customer engagement and provide feedback for product improvements.

**The ideal person has**:

- Experience in the manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- A strong understanding of GAP selling methodologies.
- Technical knowledge of CAD / CAM.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Good presentation skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of a business, in particular business owners.
- Ability to work independently.
