We are a merchandise specialist working with some of the biggest brands in the Gaming, Esports and the entertainment industries. We are looking for an experienced Accounts and Admin Manager to oversee our organisation’s ongoing operations and procedures. You’ll have to maintain control of diverse business operations. You will need excellent people skills, business acumen and exemplary work ethics.

**Job Summary**:

- Evaluate business performance by analysing and interpreting sales data reporting weekly. Monitor and manage all production expectation in line with the critical path.
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors.
- Raising and issuing sales invoices as directed by the Production Team.
- Reconciling Bank accounts, VAT Returns, Accrual & Prepayment Journals.
- All duties with regards to Credit Control & Accounts Payable.
- HR Payroll, Recording holidays, Pension and HMRC submissions.
- Reporting of royalties to 3rdparties.
- Month end reporting.
- Ownership of incoming mail and archiving all documentation
- Invoicing 3rd party collaborations linked to online store.
- Monitoring & updating Projects Critical Path.
- Receiving and recording deliveries from suppliers in preparation of fulfilling projects.
- Managing the online store by creating pricing, customers, product info, Inventory, answering customer queries.
- Arranging courier shipments of customer orders & influencer packs UK & Globally.
- General Office Management.
- Proven knowledge and experience with Sage/Sage 50 and Excel
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and excellent interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in problem-solving

**Qualifications and Education Requirements**
- Bookkeeping Qualification, AAT

**Preferred Skills**
- Sage Accounting & Sage Payroll, Advanced Excel, Word
- Experience in Importing/procurement/buying would be preferential.
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance and Marketing.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
