Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity to make a difference to children and young people? We are seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join our team. As an integral part of our organisation, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of operations across YMCA Lakeside.

**As an Administration Manager what does the role entail**:
**Your day will consist of **
- Manage the provision of administrative support to the organisation, establishing and managing processes, business rules, and procedures to ensure efficiency.
- Co-ordinate administrative procedures and systems, devising ways to streamline processes and enhance effectiveness.
- Act as the interface between Business Development and Programme departments, facilitating the flow of relevant information to ensure successful programme delivery.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to deliver effective administrative support to the organisation.
- Oversee our Resource Management System (Cinolla), ensuring adherence to business rules and liaising with the system provider for developments.
- Support Head Office functions, particularly Finance and HR, to work seamlessly with Lakeside.

**This job is for you, if**
- A level or equivalent education and a background in business administration or accountancy.
- Experience in office administration, support services, and working with IT systems.
- Knowledge of MS365, GDPR, and Cyber Security awareness.
- Supervisory and people management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and prioritisation skills.
- The ability to present ideas clearly in various formats.

Flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Successful applicants will be required to complete an Enhanced DBS Disclosure paid for by the Centre.
