We are looking for a Pensions Administrator / Complaint Handler with experience in a similar role who is looking for a new challenge and who wants to be part of this exciting period of growth.

My client is looking for experienced Pensions administrator / Complaint Handler to join our Pensions Solutions team in a home-based, permanent role.

As well as receiving a starting salary of up to £37,500 per year, you will be part of a team that plays a key role in administering our members' plans throughout different periods of their lives, like preparing for retirement, or supporting families with arrangements following a difficult life event.

Experience within pension administration, and complaint handling is highly desired.

What you'll be doing:

- Receiving, investigating and responding to all customer inquiries regarding complaints.
- Making changes to orders or information necessary to process or cancel orders if this is a resolution to the complaint.
- Coordinating with other departments or functions areas to resolve customer problems when necessary.
- Maintaining documentation on communications regarding customer complaint, billing and account inquiries.
- Some PA experience required.

What we're looking for:

- Someone with experience in working with DB Pensions Schemes and delivering excellent customer service is essential for this role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent numeracy skills, with a GCSE grade C or above in Maths or equivalent
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail

What we're looking for:
