**Type**: Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)
**Hours**: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
**Holiday**: 23 days' holiday (rising to 27) with the opportunity to buy extra leave.

We are looking for a DC Senior Pensions Administrator with experience in a similar role who is looking for a new challenge and who wants to be part of this exciting period of growth.

As well as receiving a starting salary of up to £42,000 per year, you will enable your colleagues to reach their full potential, and bring your experience, insights and expertise to our wide range of services.

What you'll be doing:

- Processing all work in accordance with the active management protocols
- Handling complex cases and conducting stress tests
- Authorising scheme records and events
- Mentoring and identifying training needs, and ensuring staff reach their full potential
- Scrutinising calculations and processes to ensure they are thorough, cost-effective and efficient
- Providing an excellent level of customer service to all clients, members and third parties
- Identifying and addressing complaints, when required
- Challenging both internal and external activities to improve the customer experience

What we're looking for:

- In-depth experience of working on DC Pension Schemes
- Demonstrable experience in both pensions administration and work management systems
- An ability to coach, train, develop and mentor junior members of the team, using your expertise, insights and knowledge
- A high level of proficiency when using Microsoft 365
- An accurate, detail-oriented approach to your work, and flexibility when managing multiple tasks with varying demands and deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
