Job Title: Administrative Assistant
**Responsibilities**:
- Digital Marketing - content and social media management.
- Sales - online outreach to potential leads, business development, customer support and using CRMs.
- Organisation - planning, task capture, task monitoring, client accountability, third-party management.
- Administration - record keeping, basic finance data entry.
- Research - online market and competitor research.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using various software tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Bright Orange is a small company based in Hove that provides business services to start up companies. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant who can join our small team, initially on a part-time basis with the potential for more hours if mutually beneficial.
Training and supervision will be provided to help you thrive in the role, however you are expected to have a high degree of self-determination and self-management.
20 hours per week initially, £880 per month, plus performance-related bonus.
