**The Role**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Event co-ordinator for the Patient Information Evenings
- Creating Appointment Rosters on IDEAS (CRM Programme)
- Patient Support Champion of all things HFEA
- Fertility Consent management and training
- Credit Control management, including outstanding debt
- Creation and maintenance of documents, SOP's and Information Leaflets for the department and the clinic
- Provides Cover for the Patient Support Manager
- Supports with Patient Support Team Training (including competency sign off)
- As the Patient Support Lead you will also be responsible for certain duties within the patient support associate, advisor and executive job descriptions. The above will be reviewed as required, in consultation with the post holder. It is offered as a guide to the key responsibilities and duties but does not preclude other projects that may arise as the organisation evolves.

**Qualifications and experience**
- Educated to Higher Level
- 5 years’ + experience in either a customer facing role, or customer focused role
- Previous experience with team leadership and development
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills would be advantageous.
- Strong customer-focus and a hands-on mentality
- Excellent time management skills
- Skilful in communicating with and influencing a wide range of internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a close attention to detail.
- Ability to be flexible is essential, to cover the needs of the business

**Location - Thames Valley Fertility, Maidenhead.**
