Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer care and administrative support to our patients
  • Managing initial enquiries via telephone or email, responding promptly to queries
  • Maintaining accurate records in our patient database

A competitive salary of £28,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience. Benefits include a dual contribution pension scheme and 27 days' holiday entitlement pro rata, plus bank holidays.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proficient knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office Packages
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A commitment to delivering a high-quality patient experience
