Administrative Assistant

**Your Role**
As an administration assistant in a rapidly growing hearcare business you will assist in the smooth operation of the store and delivery of excellent customer service through accurate and efficient administration.
**About You**
As an enthused and driven individual, you will have the ability to work well as part of a small team to achieve wider store targets. You will have good knowledge of general administration skills and good IT know-how, to help you in the completion of daily tasks such as creating patient files, making appointments and dealing with and organising deliveries as they arrive.
You will show excellent communication skills and a polite manner, initially working in the office on the phone and with staff before progressing to in person, face to face communication with patients, when you begin in your clinical work.
As your role will involve 2 years of distance learning at Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh you will have the drive to complete an intense course alongside your store role, to achieve the longterm target of becoming a qualified Hearing Aid Dispenser.
**Salary**: £17,500.00-£23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
