An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Health & Safety Administrator to work on the Southern Integrated Delivery project based in Tonbridge.

With the SID, the Southern Region seeks to make a transformational change in how renewals work is delivered, by merging the capabilities of Network Rail and its supply chain to develop an integrated and coordinated approach to delivery.

The main responsibility of the role will be to gathering information in various formats from across company for reporting on a periodic basis.

This will be achieved by building relationships with key contacts within VolkerRail and the Southern Renewals Enterprise, organising meetings on and offsite, analysing data using our company ‘ecoline’ system and the advanced features of Microsoft Excel and creating graphs/reports/dashboards and working to strict deadlines.

The role will report to the Health & Safety Manager and provide support for other key deliverables of the team and work closely with the Data & Reporting Department within HSQES.

**Key accountabilities**:

- Accurate collation of health and safety documentation, reports and data associated to the key performance metrics.
- Timely submission of the above in line with the periodic deadlines.
- Presentation of analysis using charts, graphs and the ‘airsweb’ functions.
- Attending internal and external meetings with managers and clients to review and understand data trends and patterns and improvements required.
- Organising meetings, preparing presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and note taking.
- Quality checking of submissions and identifying ay anomalies to the business leads.
- Supporting the Data and Reporting Strategy Manager with the administration of the safety verification of change process.
- Administration of the company’s HSQES initiatives.

- Ability to work using own initiative and to tight deadlines.
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to multi task
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability and self-confidence to work with people outside the team.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook is required.
- An ability to work quickly and accurately within tight deadlines.
- Someone who can seek out solutions to problems or errors.
- Good telephone manner.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK driving licence
