We are looking for an Administrator to join our Motor department to help with the everyday administration tasks. The Administrator will be responsible for delivering high-quality administration support. The role will be based at the Tonbridge office with some flexibility for hybrid working.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Review claims against the respective policy documentation
- Manage and maintain departmental inbox in a timely manner.
- Issue payments and adjust reserves where appropriate.
- Manage a network of suppliers to ensure targets and services level agreements are met.
- Action Supplier Report and ensuring suppliers meet SLAs.
- On a claim, liaise with approved contractors making sure all updates are on file.
- Ensure that complaints are recorded on the complaints system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Provide excellent customer service
- Develop organisational and time management skills.
- Manage own workload including hitting KPIs with PH and non PH communication.

- Plan and execute strategic initiatives to agreed timelines.

**Experience/ Knowledge required**:
- At least 1 years experience in Customer Service Experience
- Previous Administration experience.
**Qualifications required**:
- Secondary education or equivalent with demonstrable ability in numeracy skills and written English.
