Job Title: Health and Safety Consultant

Search People is seeking an experienced Health and Safety Consultant to join our team. As a Health and Safety Consultant, you will provide high-level professional advice and guidance to our clients across various sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct Health and Safety risk assessments and audits at client sites
  • Develop and implement bespoke Health and Safety documentation and management systems
  • Carry out specific client risk assessments and create Health and Safety Management reports
  • Identify client requirements through surveying client premises and conduct safety audits
  • Advise, guide, and coach personnel on the implementation of Company Procedures
  • Audit and inspect health and safety practices across the business
  • Provide client training on Health and Safety management systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in a consultancy or multi-sector environment
  • NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent
  • GradIOSH on a definitive IPD programme to achieve CMIOSH status
  • Engaging Health and Safety Professional with excellent people skills and a can-do approach
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Adaptable team member
