**Job Description**:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Head of Programmes, Regulation, and Insight to join a unique and award-winning housing association at a time of change and new beginnings.

As the Head of Programmes, Regulation, and Insight you will take responsibility for the delivery of a professional and effective service for Phoenix in relation to ongoing programmes and agreed projects that contribute to the successful delivery of Phoenix Housing Corporate Plan, the programme management office, sector reputation, procurement and our effective use of data, providing an excellent service to employees and wider stakeholders and with a focus on continuous improvement.

You will be a part of the Senior Management Team taking collective responsibility for operational performance across the group, advising the Executive Team on legislative changes and regulatory updates, and reporting to the Executive Team on performance against key performance indicators and performance indicators including trend analysis.

The successful applicant will have previous experience in analysing performance and statistics and identifying and reporting on trends coupled with a strong understanding of the social housing sector and the statutory and regulatory framework, in conjunction with demonstrable experience in the full project lifecycle, using project management methodology.

Essentially, you will have experience of managing complex corporate-wide programmes within a governance and assurance framework and delivering reports and presentations at a senior and Board level.

A positive approach to excellent customer service, care delivery and a commitment to quality will be required for this role as well as excellent organisational, planning and programme management skills. You will possess exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities, cultivated in a wide range of settings with both external stakeholders and internal colleagues.

The role requires a confident and articulate individual who is highly analytical with the ability to handle complex numerical information, interpreting performance across a range of business areas using both financial and operational measures.
