Administrators required on a permanent basis to work with The Valley Group, a leading multi-trade contractor based out of Head Office in Queenslie Industrial Estate, Glasgow.
Working Hours 8.30am-5pm Monday to Friday.

**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Provide excellent phone etiquette and customer service to clients and visitors
- Support the team with various clerical tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in using computerised systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
