Abbbeycare and nursing are recruiting for an experienced healthcare administrator to join our dedicated, hardworking and friendly team within our office based in Ecclesfield, Sheffield.

Job Summary

The administrative role involves providing support to ensure efficient operations of the office. The

individual will assist in daily office needs and manage general administrative activities, including

answering phones and transferring to the most appropriate person, maintenance of staff digital

personnel files, proving administrative support in the recruitment process

Working Hours

The role is required on a part time basis (25 hours per week) over 5 days (Monday - Friday)

Key Responsibilities

1. Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.

2. Maintain digital and hard copy filing systems.

3. Utilise company systems to manage annual leave.

4. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.

5. To liaise and work with the Recruitment Team to ensure smooth onboarding of new employees

6. Organise and schedule external training for staff.

7. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

**Requirements**:
1. Experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role

2. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word)

3. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks.

4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience with office management software

2. Familiarity with office equipment

3. Qualification in Business Administration.
