At County Care Homes we have a very simple aim. To ensure that our residents feel not just cared for, but to provide them with the atmosphere and environment of a real home from home. We specialise in Dementia care, especially in person centred care We are currently looking to expand our valued team at Norwood House.

**You can join either our day or night teams and choose between either: 8 hour shifts or 12 hour shifts and work as few as 2 shifts or more per week or start as full time. Weekend only positions are also available.**

Day to Day:
**Lead a team of dedicated support workers to ensure the needs of our resident guests are met**

**Report any changes in Residents physical or mental health to the Manager or Deputy**

**Assist in maintaining Residents independence and skills.**

**To participate in the provision of stimulating and creative activities, both indoors and outdoor**

**To ensure all tasks are completed in a systematic way and to the required standard.**

**To encourage co-operative team working.**

**Requirements**:
**Qualification - NVQ/QCF level 3 is an advantage however, we will provide training for the right applicant if necessary**

**Training will also be provided to use our Electronic Care Planning and E-MAR systems**

**Minimum of 2 years’ experience is an advantage**

**Medication trained - E-Mar Refreshers will be provided**

**The successful applicant will show leadership skills, a passion and drive to achieve the best and have attention to detail.**

**Salary**: starting at £13.05 to £14.05 per hour
