We are looking for a Senior Care Coordinator to join our Headquarters in our Saxmundham office.
The Senior Care Coordinator is responsible for working closely with the Registered Manager, Live in Care, to acquire new Clients and ensuring that outstanding levels of care and support are offered to Clients.
The Senior Care Coordinator will help to ensure exceptional levels of customer service and support are met across the New Client, Local Area Manager and Carer Contact teams for Clients and Carers. The Senior Care Coordinator is responsible for ensuring teams and processes are reviewed and that the Company is striving for continual improvement within the service offered.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Cover when the Registered Manager, Live in Care, is on annual leave / away from the business.
- Supervise team members and workloads.
- Conduct Client reviews to support Suffolk Local Area Manager on a regular basis.
- Assist with statistics, records and reports so statutory data is available for analysis.
- Assist to lead, role model and embed Key Performance Indicators.
- Conduct regular dip sampling across the New Client, Local Area Manager and Carer Contact teams.
- Assist with induction and department training programs for new employees within each of the teams.
- Help build the word-of-mouth network.
- Assist across the teams with employee shortages and cover where necessary.
