We are looking for a Care Coordinator for our Saxmundham Hourly branch, who will be able to provide an outstanding service to our Healthcare Assistants and clients whilst managing expectations. This will be achieved by living our values and using strong communication skills to establish and maintain good relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The Care Coordinator will work as part of a team to ensure that clients and Healthcare Assistants have a suitable regular rota. This includes liaising with everyone involved in clients care such as their family members, our Healthcare Assistants and professional stakeholders.

The role is office based.

The Care Coordinator role itself is very rewarding; you play a huge role in improving someone’s quality of life, which is a truly remarkable experience.
