Walfinch Suffolk Coastal are looking for a high quality Field Care Supervisor to join our growing award winning national team covering villages around
Saxmundham and Southwold.


We are looking for a Field Care Supervisor that is passionate and wants to make a difference in someone's life to join our team in the
Suffolk coastal area.

You will be working with a wide variety of clients and carers to support our growing team.

Duties will include;
.Complete new client assessments, manage reviews and risk assessments

as part of the senior team.

.To take part in senior on-call rota to support service safety and coordination.

.Supporting the team to cover care calls when needed between all client areas.

.Complete spot checks and observations on new and existing staff members.

.Conduct and be part of social service meetings regarding clients care packages and other professionals.

.To Manage own work load efficiently and in a timely manner.

  • Maintain Service Users confidentiality, respect, privacy, and dignity at all times.

What we need from you:

  • Have a valid Driving Licence and own a car is essential, You will be travelling to our clients in villages around
    Saxmundham and Southwold area.
  • At least a Level 3 Qualification in health and Social Care and willing to work to high levels.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Genuine passion for helping others and wanting to make a positive difference.

Must be flexible to cover care calls.

Pay:
£22,500.00 per year

Experience:

- providing care: 4 years (preferred)

- supervisory: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving Licence (required)
  • NVQ Level 3 Health & Social Care (required)
