**If you currently don't have an NVQ in Health and Social Care, don't worry - we will enrol you and pay for your course. You will receive the additional pay of either £0.50 or £1.00 per hour from the moment you start the training.**

At County Care Homes we have a very simple approach **“happy staff means happy residents”** - we therefore look after our staff which will also ensure that our resident guests feel not just cared for, but to provide them with the atmosphere and environment of a real home from home. We specialise in Dementia care, especially in person centred care with fun, laughter and love. We are currently looking to expand our dedicated team at Norwood House. We are looking for full and part time caring staff, to join either our **day or night team.**

**You can choose between either: 8 hour shifts or 12 hour shifts and work as few as 2 shifts or more per week or start as full time. Weekend only positions are also available.**

THE POSITION INCLUDES

**Turning every day into “Christmas Day” for our residents with fun and laughter.**

**Assisting with the physical care of our Resident Guests**

**Assisting in maintaining Residents independence and skills.**

**To participate in the provision of stimulating and creative activities, both indoors and outdoors by joining in with our activities staff.**

**To participate in the Key Worker system by acting as key worker for an identified group of Residents.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:
