At County Care Homes we have a very simple aim - to look after our staff which will also ensure that our resident guests feel not just cared for, but to provide them with the atmosphere and environment of a real home from home. We specialise in Dementia care, especially in person centered care with love. We are currently looking to expand our dedicated team at Norwood House. We are looking for full or part time caring staff, to join either our **day team or night team.** Applicants should confirm their preference.

THE POSITION INCLUDES

**Assisting with the physical care of our Resident Guests**

**Assisting in maintaining Residents independence and skills.**

**To participate in the provision of stimulating and creative activities, both indoors and outdoors.**

**To participate in the Key Worker system by acting as key worker for an identified group of Residents.**

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- We want to employ the best staff and will reward you accordingly and will provide support and training as necessary,
