**Who will I be working for?**

Already having achieved rapid growth to date, my client is about to embark on an exciting new phase of development, to bring out more ranges of products and reach a wider international audience. With an ambitious growth target, they are looking for a talentedperson to join the team.

**What will I be doing?**

To support the CEO and Senior Leadership team with admin and organisation, so that they can lead and add value.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities:

**Support Senior Leadership team day to day**
- Organise agenda’s and diarise meetings including regular weekly meetings, strategy meetings, offsite events/ training, team building time.
- Attend the weekly meeting to take minutes and log actions.
- Support all members with organising external and larger cross functional meetings as requested.

**Manage the CEOs and COOs diary and workload**
- Full diary management for both the CEO and COO.
- Support with B’Corp related meetings and activities including minute taking as required.
- Prepare presentations and key communications.
- Arrange external speaking opportunities and support with the prep of these.
- Book office desks and meeting rooms.
- Support with social media.
- Remind the CEO and COO of upcoming deadlines.
- Build and manage the internal yearly budget.
- Collate and submit expenses.

**Organising travel and accommodation**
- Organise and book international and UK travel for the CEO and COO.
- Organise and book international and UK travel for Senior Leadership team events.

**Organise companywide events**
- Work closely with the COO to organise yearly strategy session including organising a venue, coordinating the running order, collating materials, liaising with external speakers/ trainers.
- Organise monthly Assembly including diarising 12 months of assembly dates and collating team presentation slides.
- Liaise with external speakers sourced and book speaking slots at team lunches.
- Support with the setup for regular team lunches.
- Work with the team to organise the Summer and Christmas parties.

**General support**
- Cover phones on a regular basis.
- Person of contact at the office.
- General support to the Facilities team around office.

**What skills and experience are required?:

- **
- Strong administration experience including diary management possibly gained as a PA.
- Strong attention to detail, super-duper organisation skills with a logical/ methodical and proactive approach.
- Fantastic communication skills and an approachable manner.
- Absolute discretion regarding sensitive issues.
- Demonstrable ability to live and breathe values.

**What else do I need to know?**

Maternity cover for 9-12 months. Part time 8:30am-3:30pm (Wednesday as non-working day) which is 29 hours per week, open to the non-working day to be a Thursday if this works better. Person to start week commencing 9th May to work the Monday and Tuesdaythen the rest of the week off and then from 16th May.
