**Role Overview**
The Office Co-ordinator will be responsible for the smooth running of the Taunton office. This is a varied but rewarding role; ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and delivering first class client service.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Meeting/greeting visitors and dealing with any queries
- Answering telephone calls for the office and dealing with enquiries in a professional and pleasant manner
- Providing administrative support to the team of fee earners as required
- Dealing with office health and safety
- Dealing with office ISO requirements
- Managing the booking of meeting rooms for internal and external meetings and booking hot desks
- Organising refreshments and ensuring rooms are set up for each meeting
- Maintaining high standards of reception and office appearance
- Keeping reception brochures, property lists, magazines and papers up to date
- Dealing with incoming and outgoing post
- Ordering office supplies, including ordering of printed stationery, paper and consumables
- Dealing with office equipment including franking machine, printers, telephone and co-ordinating IT visits
- Raising Purchase Orders
- Processing invoices and expense claims
- Audio/copy typing of letters, memos and other documentation
- Electronic filing, archiving, binding reports and photocopying
- Diary management
- Booking travel and hotels as required
**Key Skills**
- Professional manner, articulate with strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to work effectively with individuals at all levels
- Excellent IT skills with the ability to pick up new software quickly
- Fast and accurate copy and audio typing
- High efficiency, organisational and time management skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good team player but also able to work on their own and use their own initiative
**Team Overview**
The Taunton Rural Management team has 12 members, including 2 Directors, 4 Associate Directors, 1 Surveyor and a Graduate Surveyor, who work integrally with the support team. The team deal with estate management, property management, valuation, lettings and sporting and fishing. We are closely supported by other teams including Rural Professional, Food and Farming, Forestry, ABS and Planning.
